Sipi Falls is located near the town of Sipi. Sipi Falls is approximately a 5-7 hour drive from Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, and about 1.5 to 2 hours from the town of Mbale.

Sipi Falls has a mild equatorial climate. There are two rainy seasons from March to May and September to November, with April and October being the wettest months.

Best time to visit Sipi Falls

The optimal times to visit are the dry seasons from December to February and June to August.
